Former NFL Player Arrested For Thefts Also Facing Drug Charge

Westerville police said that a former NFL player and Brookhaven High School football star arrested for multiple thefts is also facing a drug charge.

Officers arrested Charles "June" Henley Jr. Thursday morning. They said they found him passed out on a porch with a crack pipe in his pocket.

Investigators said that surveillance footage connects him to thefts committed at several stores in Westerville over the past week.

Henley was drafted by the Saint Louis Rams in 1998.

A toe injury ended his career a year later.
