A former female substitute teacher is no longer allowed to teach in the Bexley City School District after allegedly sending inappropriate text messages to a student.

According to The Columbus Dispatch, Shawn Holden sent text messages to a male student that made the student feel "uncomfortable."

The Dispatch reported that one of the texts read, "I wish we could just run away and spend the night together reliving that first night we made love."

The teacher sent and apology and said that the message was meant for someone else other than the student.

Bexley police said they do not plan to charge Holden.
