Another warm and muggy start this morning around central Ohio will begin with partly cloudy skies. A weak cold front will cross central Ohio today bringing a isolated chance for a shower or thunderstorm this afternoon. The front will move southeast of the area this evening and winds will turn out of the north. This will allow slightly cooler, less humid air to filter into the state tonight. Temperatures will reach into the middle 80s this afternoon before falling back into the lower 60s tonight. Thursday will be more seasonable with partly sunny skies and highs in the lower 80s.
Relatively quiet and warmer weather is expected again Friday and Saturday with a chance for showers and storms returning the second half of the Labor Day Weekend.
Inconvenient Weather: A pop up shower or thunderstorm will be possible as a cold front moves across the state later today.
Planning Your Day: A mix of sun and clouds is expected with a chance for a passing shower or thunderstorm as we head into the afternoon. High temperatures will top out in the middle 80s.
