A weak cold front will slowly push south of central Ohio tonight. Isolated showers and thunderstorms will remain possible through early this evening before skies clear out overnight. Slightly cooler, less humid air will filter into the state tonight with overnight lows falling into the upper 50s.
Mostly sunny skies are in the forecast on Thursday with temperatures running slightly before seasonably averages. Highs will reach to around 80 degrees. A storm system will move out of the Midwest into the Ohio Valley late Friday into Saturday. This will spread the threat for showers and thunderstorms back into central Ohio as we head into the weekend. The threat for the showers will generally be south of I-70, however pop up showers are possible just about anywhere. Low pressure will stall near the Ohio Valley Sunday and Monday with will keep at least a low chance for showers through Monday. Temperatures will remain near or slightly below normal through the weekend.
