Fire Sends People Running From Burning Home

Firefighters rushed to a burning home in north Columbus Saturday night.

The fire started shortly before midnight in the 1500 block of Genessee Avenue near Cleveland Avenue.

The fire blew out the front window of the home and caused smoke damage.

Firefighters were able to quickly put out the flames.

They tell 10TV everyone made it out of the home safely.

The cause of the fire is unknown.
