Deputies Discover Active ‘One-Pot’ Meth Lab In Man’s Backpack

Franklin County deputies said they busted a mobile meth lab on Saturday.

The bust started with a theft investigation on Eureka Avenue south of Valley View Drive.

The investigating deputy noticed two suspicious men, and noticed one of them had an active “one-pot” meth lab in his backpack.

Robert Ratcliff and Clarence Neff are charged with illegally manufacturing the drug.
