Crime Of The Week: Reward Offered For Information On A String Of Central Ohio Robberies
This week’s “Crime of the Week” concerns a series of bank robberies which have taken place in Central Ohio.
Between September 2013 and March 2014, more than a dozen bank and business robberies have occurred across central Ohio. Authorities believe a lone gunman committed all of the robberies. They say the man displays a handgun and demands money. No notes have been passed. Thankfully, no one has been injured during any of the robberies.
Police describe the man as black male in his late 20s. He is 5’8” to 5’10”, medium build, dark complexion, short black hair, brown eyes, slight facial hair and on several occasions wearing OSU logo clothing.
