Crime Stoppers: Receipt Leads Police To Suspect
Crime Stoppers says a reward has been offered for information on a suspect in a burglary.
Police say a home on South Ashburton Road was burglarized on January 14, and nearly $8,000 worth of property was stolen.
Detectives found a grocery store receipt in the home that did not belong to the residents.
They traced that receipt to a store and have now released surveillance footage of the man who made those buys.
He's described as being in his 30s and around 6 feet tall. More information can be foudn at www.stopcrime.org.
