Counties Back Online After 911 Phone Outage
A number of central Ohio counties that experienced the loss of their 911 phone services on Thursday were back online Thursday evening.
Officials in Marion, Guernsey, Noble, Muskingum and Delaware counties said they couldn’t receive 911 calls between about 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
The problem stemmed from a widespread phone outage through Frontier Communications.
