Columbus Police Investigate East Side Shooting
Columbus Police are investigating a shooting that injured three people on the city's east side.
It happened at 5:50 p.m. in front of 953 Oakwood Avenue.
Police said the victims were meeting each other to conduct a sale of Air Jordan shoes.
That's when an exchange of gunfire occured, according to police. Sabrina Peck, 19, was struck in the leg and Brien Turner, 18, was shot in the stomach. Both were transported to Grant Medical Center.
Police said a third victim, 18-year-old Briana Granger, was shot in the back and transported herself to OSU East.
All three victims were listed in stable condition, according to police.
