Columbus Company Wants To Buy Granville Inn

A Columbus company known for renovating historic buildings wants to buy the Granville Inn.

The inn was built in 1924.

The Columbus Dispatch reported that a motion to sell the property to Urban Restorations was recently filed with a Licking County Court.

The hope is for a final deal by the end of this month, the paper reported.

Heartland Bank of Gahanna foreclosed on the property in late 2011.
