Clouds will linger across central Ohio this evening with a chance for some sprinkles early. Some breaks in the clouds are expected overnight. It will be a warmer night and muggier with temperatures holding in the middle 60s in most areas. A frontal boundary will move into central Ohio and stall in the area through Tuesday. This will likely bring several rounds of showers and thunderstorms Monday and Tuesday until the front moves south of the area early Wednesday. A few of the storms could be strong or severe both days with damaging winds and large hail being the primary threat. Also, locally heavy rainfall could lead to some flooding. Temperatures will warm into the middle 80s Monday and Tuesday with humid conditions. Once the cold front clears central Ohio early Wednesday, cooler, less humid air will filter into the area. Dry weather is expected from late Wednesday through Friday before another chance for showers arrives late next weekend.
