Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will exit off to the east this evening with clearing skies expected tonight. Temperatures will be cooler as lows will dip into the 50s. Central Ohio will be in-between storm systems on Monday with partly cloudy skies. Highs will top out near 80 degrees. One of two storm systems will move into the state on Tuesday bringing back the threat for showers and thunderstorms during the afternoon. The second storm system will slowly cross the state Wednesday into Thursday keeping the threat for rain in the forecast.
By Friday, high pressure will once again build into the Ohio Valley allowing for skies to clear to end the week and start next weekend. Temperatures will rise into the middle 80s midweek and then slide back into the lower 80s Thursday and Friday. Much warmer air is poised to move into the state late next weekend.

Inconvenient Weather: Showers and a few thunderstorms will exit off to the east this evening with clearing skies. After a brief break in the rain Monday into early Tuesday, another storm system will spread more showers and storms into central Ohio late Tuesday through midweek.
