Child Allegedly Sexually Assaulted By Homeless Man Staying With Family

A man is charged with kidnapping and gross sexual imposition after allegedly sexually assaulting a young child.

Charles Anthony Combs Jr. was arrested by Fairfield County Sheriff's officials on Tuesday after allegedly sexually assaulting a 4-year-old Canal Winchester-area child.

Combs, 19, was reportedly staying with the child's family because he was homeless.

Combs is charged with two felonies, which are punishable by 15 to 20 years in prison.

The child's mother discovered the child in a room alone with Combs. Combs fled the scene and was discovered at a nearby shopping center and was arrested.
