Bond Set For Man Accused Of Shooting At 2 People On Columbus Street

Police have charged Antonio S. Frazier in connection to a shooting of two people were targeted multiple times.

Authorities said that Frazier shot at Robert Foster and Anthony Caldwell as they walked along North Monroe Avenue around 8 p.m. on Sept. 5.

Caldwell was struck in the leg while Foster was uninjured. Police said Foster returned fire at the suspect at the time.

Court records indicate that Foster's home was also shot at multiple times with an assault rifle a day befor the Sept. 5 attack.

The victims identified Frazier though a photo array.

Frazier was charged with two counts of felonious assault and a judge set his bond at $150,000.
