Bond Set For Former Ohio State WR Facing Drug Charges
Ohio State football player Ray Small appeared in a Franklin County courtroom on Monday.
A judge set bond at $75,000 for the former wide receiver.
Small is charged with six felony drug possession and trafficking charges.
Small was arrested last Thursday night. Police said the arrest came after drugs and weapons were found during an April search of Small's apartment.
The former player was also indicted last year in Meigs County for allegedly possessing Oxycontin tablets.
Small was an Ohio State wide receiver from 2006 to 2009. He was disciplined by the team several times and caught up in the football memorabilia scandal.
Franklin County prosecutors say he faces up to 33 years in prison, if convicted of all charges and firearms specifications.
