Gusty winds and falling temperatures are the order of the day as a strong cold front moves across the state. Blowing snow will be an issue early and bitter wind chills are expected this afternoon and through Wednesday. Wind Chill Warnings go into effect at midday with wind chills expected to reach -25 to -35 through midweek. Temperatures will moderate a little by the end of the week with the next chance for precipitation holding off until Friday and Saturday.
