The Cincinnati Bengals will travel to play the Pittsburgh Steelers at 1 p.m. on Sunday in a game featured on WBNS-10TV.

The Bengals (8-6) and the Steelers (7-7) are battling to gain a spot in the AFC playoffs.

The Steelers have dropped four of five to fall to 7-7. They trail Cincinnati by a game for the second AFC wild card spot.

A win by either of the teams would put them in the drivers seat to make the post season.

This Sunday FOX has the double-header NFL game. 10TV could either show the Bengals vs. Steelers at 1:00 p.m. or the Browns vs. Broncos at 4:05p.m.

WBNS-10TV management made the decision to show the Bengals-Steelers based on the playoff implications for the AFC North and the viewer interest we have seen historically when we have shown any of the Ohio teams when they play Pittsburgh.

The 10TV programming department identified several conflicting weeks during the 2012 season when both the Browns and Bengals have played. The Steelers also have a strong following in central Ohio and are scheduled when possible after the Browns and Bengals.
