An awning fire at the Celeste Center forced an evacuation during the Aladdin Shrine Circus Saturday night.

John Morris with the circus said it happened toward the end of the last show of the night.

He said it was an electrical fire near the north entrance.

Columbus firefighters said it was put out quickly.

Morris said the center was evacuated as a precaution.

He said the show will go on Sunday.
