Your Doppler 10 Forecast
This Morning: Snow showers likely along with freezing drizzle/fog at times.
This Afternoon: Snow showers ending. Total accumulation between 1 to 3” north of I-70 with less to the south. High 27
Tonight: Mostly cloudy and turning colder. Low 8
Monday: Partly cloudy and cold. High 18
Roads are icy this morning thanks to a combination of freezing drizzle/freezing fog and snow. Snowfall totals by this afternoon will likely end up between 1 to 2 inches north of I-70 with pockets of 3 inches possible. Locations south of I-70 will likely see snow totals under an inch. It won’t be as much snow as what we’ve had lately but could still be enough to create slick roads. A cold front will drop temperatures tonight. We’ll see morning lows in the single digits Monday with highs in the upper teens. Tuesday morning will begin with temperatures around zero followed by highs in the mid-teens. Another shot at snow will head our way Thursday into Friday.
Inconvenient Weather: Black ice on the roads this morning—be careful! Scattered snow showers this morning and early afternoon will lead to the possibility of more slick roads.
Planning Your Day: Plan on some snow this morning, tapering off in the afternoon. Highs will top out in the mid to upper 20s.
