4 Charged In Drug Trafficking, Weapons Investigation
A grand jury handed down a 24-count indictment against four people accused in connection with drug trafficking and weapons.
Jack A. Morris, 37, of Columbus; Jeremy S. Baker, 25 of Blacklick; and Judy L. Kindle, 45, of Columbus are accused of possessing and distributing oxycodone and marijuana.
Morris and another man also face charges for allegedly providing weapons and body armor to drug dealers.
Morris is charged on seven counts of possession of one or more firearms during a drug trafficking crime. Christopher W. Wilcox, 30, of Reynoldsburg faces charges he provided an AK-47 and an AR-15 that were used in drug trafficking.
If convicted, Morris faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 155 years and Wilcox faces a maximum 20 year sentence.
Baker and Kindle could be sentenced to 25 years, if convicted.
The ATF and Gahanna Police assisted with the investigation.
