3 Adults, 1 Juevenile Arrested In Connection With 60-Year-Old Marion Man's Death

Two 19-year-old men, an adult woman and a juvenile were charged in connection with a Marion man's death.

According to the Marion Police Department, Justin J. Miller and Taylor E. Sherman were arrested in connection with the death of Allan Brown.

The woman and the juvenile were not immediately identified, but 10TV News was told that they were related to Brown by marriage.

The two were charged with aggravated burglary.

Brown was found at about 9:15 p.m. Tuesday at his home in the 1100 block of Church Street.

Wednesday would have been Brown's 61st birthday.

Neighbors said that they were shocked to hear what happened. 

"I've got three kids, so I'm going to be looking out a lot more," said Autumn Shirley.
