21-Year-Old Sentenced To 15 Years For Robbing, Assaulting 82-Year-Old Woman

A man will spend up to 15 years in prison after changing his plea to guilty in connection with a multi-count indictment on Monday.

According to the Athens County Prosecutor's Office, Colin Wayne Stout, 21,  was arrested in connection with robbing and assaulting an 82-year-old woman on Jan. 24, 2012.

The prosecutor's office stated that Christopher Fleming drove Colin Stout, Cody Stout and Brandon Baker to the woman's home and entered it without permission.

Fleming and Cody Stout were each sentenced to 9 years and 9 months in prison.  Baker is slated for a jury trial later in February.
