An Amber Alert issued for a baby taken from a home in southeast Ohio has been cancelled.Police say 18-month-old Skyler Lenna Sue Dunn was taken by her grandmother, 36-year-old Tabitha Dunn, in the city of Cutler in Washington County. Dunn was driving a 1998 green Pontiac Bonneville with temporary West Virginia plate 409407. The Amber Alert was issued for Athens, Gallia, Meigs, Morgan, and Washington counties. According to the Washington County Sheriff's office, the grandmother and toddler were found in Parkersburg, West Virginia early this morning. Read more
